6. Product Availability and Order Changes

6.2 If a product is found to be unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the following options:
• A full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable item(s); or
• Store credit of equivalent value; or
• A replacement or alternative product, subject to your prior written consent.
6.3 We will only provide alternative or substitute products with your prior written consent.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only.
7.2 Delays may occur due to courier services or circumstances outside our control, including events described under the Force Majeure clause (Section 17).
7.3 We are not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched to the courier.
7.4 Delivery may not be available to certain remote or restricted areas.
7.5 Customers must ensure correct delivery details are provided. Additional fees may apply for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for change of mind returns. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
8.2 Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which may include repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us promptly with details and supporting evidence (e.g. photographs) of the fault or damage.
8.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. While we initiate refunds promptly, additional time may be required for funds to appear in your original payment method due to banking and payment gateway processing times.
8.4 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us.
9. Warranty
9.1 Most products include a 6-12 month standard warranty as outlined in Warranty Claim page.
9.2 Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised modifications or repairs.
9.3 Warranty claims are subject to assessment. We may require the product to be returned for inspection before a remedy is provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
